Design and manage employee ID cards centrally
Creating employee ID cards often involves several elements: a card design, employee data, a photo and additional information such as job title, department, employee number or barcode. With CardsOnline MyCloud, you manage these elements from one central environment. Card designs are created online and can be used for different employees, departments or locations.
Employee data can be added manually or imported from an Excel file. If you want to use information from an existing system, the Data Agent can make this data available within CardsOnline.
This gives your organisation one central platform for creating and managing employee ID cards.
Manage in the cloud, print locally
CardsOnline MyCloud is cloud-based, but your physical employee ID cards do not need to be produced externally.
With the Card Print Manager (CPM), CardsOnline connects the online environment to a card printer within your own organisation.
When is local employee ID card printing useful?
01
New employees
Print a new employee ID card as soon as someone joins your organisation.
02
Replacement cards
Easily produce a new ID card when a card is lost, damaged or needs to be replaced.
03
Multiple locations
Allow different locations to issue ID cards while designs and employee data are managed centrally.
Add a Digital Employee ID
In addition to physical employee ID cards, CardsOnline can be expanded with Digital ID. This allows your organisation to issue digital employee identification for smartphones as well.
Printed and digital employee IDs can therefore be managed from the same CardsOnline environment.

Expand when you need to
CardsOnline MyCloud can be expanded with additional functionality such as Service Portal, Photo Check and Status Check.
You can start by designing, managing and printing employee ID cards and add further digital processes as your requirements grow.
