Data Import
MyCloud lets you import Excel files, so you can quickly and easily add multiple cardholder records at once.
Online Card Design
Design professional card layouts online using shapes, images, QR codes, dynamic text and logos. Create multiple designs, import BadgeMaker / CardStudio files, and use your own fonts for consistent branding. Optional Digital ID layouts support both Wallet Pass and Active ID.
Data Manager
Manage all cardholder data effortlessly with the MyCloud Data Manager. Import or capture photos, add & update records, search instantly, print cards and issue Digital IDs, everything is streamlined in one intuitive dashboard.
Card Print Manager
The Card Print Manager (CPM) connects MyCloud with your local printer and encoder, managing all print tasks. Installed on the printer’s workstation, it ensures secure and efficient card production.
Service Portal – Photo Upload
Upload photos directly from a smartphone or other mobile device. Invite cardholders to securely upload their own photos via a self-service portal. This reduces manual work and speeds up the process for issuing both ID cards and Digital IDs.
Status Check
Status Check lets you instantly verify cardholder’s information by scanning a QR code, on a printed card or Digital ID. Simply bind the data fields you want to validate and choose from the available templates to check access rights, memberships, certifications, and more.
Digital ID
MyCloud lets you issue secure Digital IDs next to printed cards. With just a few clicks, cardholders receive their Digital ID by email and can instantly add it to their mobile device. Digital IDs are available in two formats: Wallet Pass, compatible with the Wallet Pass app, and Active ID, available in the CardsOnline Active ID app.
