How it works
Upload Photo(s)
A user or administrator adds a photo via the Service Portal, Import Tool, Add Photo, or from existing photos in CardsOnline.
Automatic Check
The photo is automatically checked against the configured quality criteria.
Approval or rejection
Approved photos are automatically added to the record. If rejected, the user or administrator receives feedback to submit a new photo.
Use on ID card or Digital ID
The approved photo is used for issuing ID cards and Digital IDs.
